Before I get too far into this I first want to say that outsourcing is a great way to both make money and spend money. I use outsourcing for multiple things such as writing articles, link building, website design, banner advertisement creations, paid traffic analysis, and even as go to article writers. If you have been following this site then you already know I do more than just run this site, I am involved in many things and almost all of which can be outsourced to the right individual or company.

With that said you can easily earn cash online by outsourcing, the trick is to find the right person or company to give the work to. For me it is simple, I have worked with so many different people that I don’t need to keep looking for people two do the work for me, I already know who to go to when I have work. For instance the other day I was looking around on DigitalPoint and saw an ad for a writer to write a 5000 word ebook. Now because I charge .05 per word I knew I would be making $250. And with that $250 I decided to hire a writer of mine for only $100. Do you see where the profit comes in for me to just be the middle man?

Another great way to earn cash online is to pre hire tasks. I have done this many times where I will hire a person to write 100 articles on insurance or finance and then I sell these articles in 5, 10, and even 25 article blocks. This does require some up front work and expenses but the nice part is when you have a person that wants some articles you just send them to them. Simple as that.

Outsourcing Secrets

Have a team – One of the secrets to outsourcing is to find a team of people that do a great job at whatever it is and then tell them you will have more work for them soon. That is what many people do and the best part about this is they will be ready to write because they know you will provide more work time and time again.

Keep in contact – This is huge. If your outsourcers think you forgot about them they will move on and then it will be a pain for you to get your work in front of anybody else’s work that they may have. Trust me, this has happened to me and I am still regretting the fact that I lost one of my best writers.

Understand your limits – This is a hard thing to master but the fact is that you can’t run a 100 person team. I have had as many as 26 people working for me at the same time and to tell you the truth it was a pain. More times than not I was doing more emailing than actual work and it didn’t bring in much more profit than if I only had 5 people working for me.

If you want to earn cash online then you need to know that outsourcing is available and will be there when you need it the most. Just understand that building a team should be a priority because finding a team can take a long time if you are doing it all on your own.
