So with that in mind do everything you can to get more traffic, which means build backlinks like crazy because once you do that these 3 ways to make money from your website will really pay off.

3 Ways To Make Money From Your Website

Sell advertising – The first way that works really good is selling advertising. What most people don’t get about advertising is that you need some traffic first in order to make any money from it, but if you can have some decent traffic there will be lots of people knocking at your door for advertising space. What I suggest doing is to put an ad on the side of your website saying that you are accepting applications for advertisers. Doing this will be great and will really help you make money quickly from very little work.

Affiliate marketing – As you probably notice I have some ads on this site. They are not all affiliate products but 2 of them are and the reason I promote them is not just to make money, but also because I have tried them and they work. There are many websites out there that are loaded with ads and they don’t look very good, my suggestion to you is to only have a few affiliate products that you promote because too much will look like you are pushing it.

Google Adsense – You have probably already seen many Adsense ads on the internet and the reason is because they work great to make money. Most people will cover their entire website with Adsense ads and this is one way to make money but most readers don’t like to see these ads. I have used Adsense for a long time and it works great. What I recommend for you is to only use Adsense if you have a niche that is highly targeted because if not you will have ads that are not even related.

The last thing you need to understand is that making money from your website is not all about ideas, you need the traffic in order to get anywhere. If you want to really make money then just know that if you spend 1 hour writing content for your site then you should spend at least 2 hours promoting your site in order to get more traffic and essentially make more money.
