If a survey is going to take you a few hours then I really suggest that you skip that one and try another one. The reason why I recommend skipping surveys is because the smaller surveys take less time but pay more money per minute than the longer ones. The one thing you need to watch out for is that you are only taking small surveys because once the survey company figures this out they will stop sending you bigger jobs which will hurt you because every once and a while you will get a good survey to do.

Tips to taking paid surveys

Check the payout – If you don’t know what you will be getting paid to complete a certain survey then you need to figure it out. It is very tough to make cash online through surveys if you never know what you are going to be paid.

Don’t wait – Something that a lot of people do when they get a paid survey in their email is they leave it there until later when they have more time. Don’t do this because most surveys need to be completed within 48 hours of receiving them and if you don’t then you won’t get paid for your work.

Quantity over quality – What most survey companies understand is that quality doesn’t always matter to the company conducting the survey. Often times the one thing a company wants is the answers to many people as opposed to just a few even if the quality is low.
