Have you ever heard of those people that started with a cell phone or something similar and then traded up to a car or a house? These are stories that motivate a lot of people but what you need to understand is how this works when it is done right. What I have been doing over the last few years is buying and selling things on Craigslist. I started out before my city even had it’s own Craigslist page so I had to first overcome the hurdle of a lot of people not even knowing what Craigslist was.

The first thing you need to understand is that you can easily make a million dollars with Craigslist, it might not be this year and it might not be next year, but it will happen. Currently I am on track to make $1 million by January of 2014 and I am proud to say that I are doing it.

The nice thing about being able to make money with Craigslist now is that everybody knows about it and are familiar with the way Craigslist works. If you want to be the next Craigslist millionaire then stop listening to all those people out there trying to get you to buy a system and see if it works, do what I tell you below and profit from it for years to come.

How To Become A Craigslist Millionaire

The first thing you need to do is start off small (I don’t mean small items). You need to start off with a certain goal in mind that you will want to reach every day, for instance $150 a month. That is a very simple goal to reach, just $5 per day. Do you think you could make $5 per day selling thing on Craigslist?

What I started out doing was buying and selling camping knives on Craigslist and although this was a very lucrative business I always had a fear that the knives I was selling would be used for something inappropriate as opposed to what they were originally made for, camping. This is something you will have to experiment with but what I have learned over the years is that if you want to make consistent income then you need to sell things like tools, cell phones, baby items, good furniture, small electronics, and smaller sporting gear. The key here is not to just sell one item, diversify your goods so that you are not having to make 2-5 sales per day of the same item because this will get old and people will eventually stop buying that item.

What you need to do is start out with a goal of so much money per month and then instead of changing the amount per month you need to change the day you make that amount of money. For instance if you want to make $150 a month then after a while you need to make your goal be $150 in 25 days, 20 days, and so on. The reason why you do this is because then after a while your income will be $150 per day as opposed to per month.

The nice part about Craigslist is they have everything you would ever need to buy and sell. After a while you will slowly start to move up with what you are buying and selling and this is where the money is made. For example I just sold a house I bought 2 months ago in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The nice thing about this is that I only had to do some minor work and I came out with $20,000 more than I put into the property. Remember when I say that you can make money on the internet, it doesn’t always have to stay on the internet but that is either where it starts or where it ends.
