Article Marketing

The first fast way to earn cash from home is to do article marketing. The nice thing about article marketing is that you can write pretty much anything that you want. For instance, a few months ago I decided I wanted to promote a product on Amazon (Insanity Workout) and so I write 5 articles per day. I then took those 5 articles and posted them on fitness blogs and article directories and within 1 month I made over $600. The next month I was only writing 2 articles per day and I made a total of $783. Last month I write 3 articles per week and I made close to $900. Can you see what would have happened if I kept up the 5 articles per day?

Craigslist Flipper

By now I am sure you have heard about Craigslist, right? What a Craigslist flipper does is they buy things on Craigslist and then sell them right back on Craigslist. The trick to doing this is you have to get items that you can either fix up, clean, or just things that you get at a very cheap price. What I always did was looked for things that could be cleaned or required a quick fix. The reason why this works is because most people think when something is broken that it can’t be fixed when in reality everything can be fixed. For instance I bought a Ipod Touch with a cracked Digitizer (front protective screen) for only $25 and then I bought the new digitizer on eBay for only $8. Within 2 weeks I had the new digitizer on the Ipod and I sold it for $175. How would you like to make easy money like that.

Ebay is such a big website and they have pretty much everything you can think of and that is why selling things on there is so simple. All you need to do is go to a local thrift store, pawn shop, or Goodwill and see what they have that you might be able to profit on. One of the things that I still make money from are baby clothes and men’s dress clothes. I don’t know exactly why but for some reason men’s dress clothes sell for almost retail value even when they are somewhat used. If you want to become an eBay seller all you need to do is get roughly 50 things to sell and then start listing them. Trust me, eBay is so easy to use and understand that you will be glad you started using it the way it should be used.

Freelance Writer

If you follow DormRoomCash then you know that I do a lot of freelance writing. Most of the time I charge around .02 per word but there are times where I will charge around .05 per word which means that for a 500 word article (normal length) I would make $25. Now in order to be a freelance writer all you need to do is find a person to write for and the best place to go is Elance. What you want to do is come up with a decent rate for your writing skills and style and then start looking for work. Trust me, it doesn’t take long before you have more work than you know what to do with.
