So, did you miss me? A lot of people have been sending me messages and comments wondering where I have been and I am not ready to discuss that with you. For the most part, I have been extremely busy and you will soon see why.

Before I get to what I have been doing, I first want to say “Sorry”. I didn’t mean to neglect this site or all of you and I am especially grateful for everybody that has reached out to me in the time that I was away.

My Past 4 Months REVEALED

Kindle Ebooks

This is my new passion. I was introduced to Kindle Ebooks a while ago from a few friends and family members of mine who have been writing these book and so I decided to give it a try. Now, I am not selling hundreds of Ebooks each day but it is enough to make an impact on my life to an extent that I will continue to write these.

This is similar to niche websites in a sense because you pick a niche that you want to target that doesn’t have a lot of competition and then start writing. I have 5 Ebooks that I have done and I am working on 4 more. I hope to have these 4 done before Christmas in order to get some quick sales once the holiday season is over.

Just to give you an idea – I have 5 Ebooks that I am currently selling and I have made around $650 in less than 2 months. This is not a huge income, however, these didn’t cost me a dime to create and I will continue to get this passive income as long as the Ebooks sell.

Amazon Niche Sites

As I have said in the past, I am turning my time and effort to Amazon sites as opposed to Adsense sites. The reason behind this – I had my Adsense account banned.

I have not created any new sites in the past few months, but I have built what I had into authority sites. Again, I am not making a huge sum of money from my sites but it is passive and that is what I like about it.

I don’t have much to talk about here since I have had this going for such a long time, but I do want you to know that I plan on going into more detail about what has been going on with my sites sometime in the future.

Freelance Writing

Yes, I am still writing for other people. Not only have I increased my clientele, I was able to get in front of some high profile companies in order to work for them. Lately, I have been writing for many lawyers in New York and California, so I am happy that my name and service has gotten to both coasts.

Service Business

This is where I have been spending most of my time – I started another business. This service business is a residential glass company that I have been working on for a while. It started out as a little side business but it is really starting to take off. My partner and I didn’t worry about doing much work at first, instead, it was all about marketing.

My marketing plan began with simple flyers and then transformed into a lot of meetings with realtors and home builders. Right now, the business has been getting more and more word of mouth from the past clients and I am happy to say that this is on track to make over $500,000 in the coming year.

I am not going to go into too much detail here either, that will be for another post. All I want to do is just tell you what I have been up to and what you will be seeing in the coming posts.

Flip This Car

Have you ever heard of Flip This House? It is a TV show on A&E and one of my favorite things to watch on the weekends. Now, Flip This Car is not a new show, it is a contest that my friend and I are having.

What we do is buy a car and flip it in order to sell it for a profit. We started out little contest roughly 2.5 months ago and I am happy to say that we are both doing well. I am not sure about my friend but I have bought and sold 5 cars so far with an average profit margin of $1843 per car.

Even without all my other business ventures I am doing quite well with this.

Ebay Business

My eBay business is still going strong and I now have more than 1500 items in my store each and every day. I began my business with only being able to have 100 items in the store each month but with my top notch customer service and my prompt delivery time I think I have proven myself as an eBay Powerseller.

Anyways, I am glad I have this as a side income and I believe everybody should be doing this as well.

Lending Club

One of the guys that I follow all the time is Eric from My4hrworkweek. He has a great blog, so if you have not yet been over, there then you should go right after this.

The reason I bring him up is because he is the one that got me started on Lending Club.

I have been putting $250 into loans on Lending Club during the past 4 months and it is really starting to pay off. The money is making a good amount of interest off of it and I have yet to have a loan default on me (Knock on wood).

Typing

This is not something major, however, I have been looking for ways to improve my typing. About 2 months ago I started a typing class and improved my words per minute by a decent number. At the beginning of the class I was typing at 98 words per minute and as I am writing this I have been at 112 words per minute. A lot of people say that is extremely fast but I think I can do better – What do you think?

As you can see, I have been extremely busy. I am looking forward to getting back to all of my websites (Instead of only a few) and I hope that I can keep giving you more great tips and advice like I did before. With my time off I have come to realize that I know more than I thought I did.
