Are you a single parent that wishes that you could earn money online? Although I am not a single parent, I know exactly what you are going through. In the past 3 months I have probably received at least 50 emails from single parents (mostly mothers) asking for some help as to how they can get started and what tips I have for them. Being that I am overloaded with tasks on a daily basis, I don’t have time to answer all of these emails in-depth and that is what this articles is hopefully going to help out with.

I know that it would be a lot easier for me to simply paste a link into an email and show all the single parents what they need to do in order to make money and tips on how to get there, hopefully, this blog post will accomplish that.

So lets get to it.

Tips On Earning Money Online

Create A Schedule – Something that you need to do in order to earn money online is to simply create a schedule. Most people don’t understand how important this is but it is vital to your success.

What I recommend is that you set aside some time to do whatever it is that you plan on doing. If you need to write blog posts, then set aside the amount of time that you need. If you are going to be doing freelance writing, then make sure you are there for your clients when they need you the most. All I am saying is that you need to create a schedule that helps you get the most work done in the least amount of time. Trust me, being efficient has more to do with your actions and timing than you think.

Know Your Limit – When I say, “Know your limit” I mean you need to know what you can and can’t do. As a single parent you need to know how much time you can devote to your online money making idea. The thing that you need to understand is that you don’t have to put more time into something to make it work, you just have to be efficient.

Tip: If you can sit in front of your computer screen for hours without any problems, then that is fine but don’t push it. If you need to break up your time at the computer, then go ahead and do it.

Learn – When you figure out what you want to do in order to earn money online one of the things that you need to do is learn as much as you can about that particular idea. The reason why you need to learn is because that is the only way you will be successful. What I highly recommend is that you continue to learn as you progress, this is what most people do in order to stay on top of their game and you need to do this as well.

Be Open To New Ideas – Are you a freelance writing, a blogger, a virtual assistant or a digital photographer? The reason I ask this is because all of these online ideas have other paths that you can take. As a freelance writer you can become a blogger, an article marketer and even an online magazine editor. When I say be open to new ideas, I really mean it. You never know when a new idea will lead to a new passion and that is why you need to take these opportunities when they appear.

Being a single parent is not a bad thing, many people who are single parents have to overcome adversity but once they do that, their life is much better because of it. I know that there are millions of single parents out there and my hope is that you will take the tips that I gave you and use them.

If there was one great thing I learned when I was starting out, it was that if I didn’t move forward at any point in my business, then that was a wasted day. Think about it, how many nights do you lay in bed and think about how much you didn’t do that day?

In business the people that don’t waste any days are the ones that succeed and that is what I want you to understand so that you can earn cash now, not 10 years from now. Just remember, your child needs you now and it is up to you to do what you can to earn money online.
