Today I want to reveal to you a relatively HUGE market. The emphasis on the word ‘huge’ is deliberate. When talking about huge I mean a market that has an estimated daily turnover of over $2 trillion!!

Read that last sentance again to really digest the size of this market. So what market am I talking about? The FOREX! Ever heard that word before? For the sake of those that haven’t, the FOREX is the short form of the foreign exchange market.

The FOREX is the most largest market in the world, and it continues to grow every single day. The best part for you is that with the advent of the internet, now you can take your share of this massive pie. A few years ago, only huge corporations with huge sums of capital could trade, today it’s availabe to anyone willing to learn about it and has a computer connected to the internet.

What I love about the FOREX is that you don’t have to advertise, market and sell, like most other ventures, no none of that stuff. Here it’s much more simplistic, create a plan/strategy, just like most businesses, and carry it out to make money. Of course you got to understand the market well in order to make money, but the rewards that follow are tremendous.

Here are a few tips to help you get started if I’ve ignited your interest, keep in mind though, once your in, there’s no way out! Believe me you will be drawn to it like a pin to a magnet.

To get started with the FOREX all you usually need is a capital sum of $100 to $300 (depending on the broker, which is the company that will provide you access to the market via some sort of platform), and a good understanding of the currency markets. Thats it.

Raising $100 shouldn’t be too difficult, the real challenge lies in getting yourself educated about the FOREX. There are plenty of free resources online that will help, so dig into these. I would also advice you to join a community or two to get all your questions answered, trust me you will have plenty to learn.

Once you have understood the market well and created a trading strategy or plan on paper, then apply for a demo account and put your plan to the test. Stick to a demo account for at least 3 months and keep testing and fine tuning your strategy until there is little room for mistakes. Remember there is risk involved so do expect to take a few losses once in a while. The main point is that you know when to cut your losses so you can make up for it with more successful trades.

Once you begin feeling confident, start off with a small sum of money to get a feel of what it’s like to play with REAL money, really, it’s a totally different experience. Once your ready you can begin trading, and do remember to keep a trading journal close to you so you can record your trades, the successful and the not so successful. Later on you can analyze the mistakes and build on them. You will ultimately begin to see a pattern forming, which will reveal to you that the successful trades in the end all down to excellent preparation and planning.

Do expect some really huge returns in your small investment. You see, unlike the stock markets, the FOREX is extremly volatile, making it much more favourable and profitable.

As an ending note remember education is your key to success, there is no such thing as the “Holy grail” in trading, simply plan, carry it out, record and fine tune. Many internet users who come online and hear the success stories of how others are making not just a living, but beyond a luxurious lifestyle from it, get excited and tend to be the easiest targets for the so called “Get rich quick scams”.

When it comes to money theres no such thing as “Get rich quick”, and take that as a law. Its true in all aspects of life. If you want to make money you got to work for it, meaning you have to earn it. I repeat, there is no such thing as “Easy money”, so keep that in mind.

When I started out online, I could have easily fallen into many of these scams, what saved me was the fact that I had no credit card to buy things, and thank god for that. All the information you need is available freely online, and you could always ask an expert at a forum dedicated to what you want to know more about.

So what does the title “Sell your skills for ‘easy’ money mean”?

In short, through the power of the internet you can easily find people willing to pay top dollar for your skills. Whatever your good at, and I really mean anything your skilled at.

Heres just a simple example, perhaps your a programmer and your good with code, who will want your skills? Head over to google and type:

You’ll get a bunch of sites that are dedicated to help programmers find jobs wanted by many people. Or you could take another approach, and build a site to sell your skills. A site is much like a regular shop. If your good, people will tell others about your site, and in turn you will get more customers. With this approach a well prepared portfolio really sells itself. So don’t be shy to show off your skills

Now that’s just for programmers, what if you don’t know programming? Well don’t worry, just find what skills your good at and sell it. Its that simple! Here is just a list of what you could do to get your creative juices flowing:

Graphic design: If your an expert at photoshop your could sell that talent online. (your a desinger so theres no need in me telling you what you could sell!)

Writing: perhaps your have a flair in writing, one thing you should know is that “content” drives the web so there will never be a shortage for your skills.

Web design: If you know how to build sites…your in for some really good money!!

Advice/consulting: Maybe you don’t posses the above skills but many people have come to you for advice on a certain subject. You could start a newsletter or a site which is a great way to monetize your valuable knowledge to people less informed than you.

The above are really just the tip of the iceberg, there’s just so much you could do and so many people you can reach, the only thing limiting you is your creativity. Now let me get back to the idea of the title which promises “easy” money. I know I did mention that there is no such thing, but think of it this way, if what you do is something you enjoy and is a natural skill your good at, then isn’t easy money? You would do it for fun anyways? So why not make money from this talent?

I know there will be many that will say “What if I don’t know how to do anything”. Thats just being plain lazy and not wanting to think. We are living in the information age, so whatever skill you want to learn. it’s at your fingertips.

Alright, everybody knows that not all college cafeterias have the best food, and they aren’t always so cheap either; so a lot of students go ahead, and grab a quick bite or snack to satisfy them until they get a chance to get some real food. One of the best ways to make money as a student in your spare time is to sell candy. Now, you may be thinking to yourself about the little old lemonade stand you had when you were five years old, and how you only received business from the construction workers down the street. Despite the impressions you gave yourself from supplying your own lemonade; selling candy can be very profitable.

Everybody is used to buying candy for $1 from fundraisers, charities, etc. and most people don’t have problems with buying a candy bar to “hold them over” until they can find something else to eat. Here’s your chance, you can go to your closest wholesale store, and purchase a box of candy for a very cheap price. If you sell your candy at $1 each bar you will in most cases double, and possibly triple what you paid for your box. Once you sell your box, you can use that money to increase the quantity of candy you purchased, and receive an even larger sale. Eventually, you will be running your own little candy shop.

Do you have skills in creating amazing myspace templates? If you do, there is a chance that you could make some very nice money. One of the biggest markets these days is myspace websites. You can see people buying and selling them, left and right, because they realize that there is a huge market. So many people sign up for the site that there is a bank of money to be made…IF you know what you’re doing. So, how could you walk away making a couple hundred dollars a month just on your myspace site? Set up a site that has all different myspace things. When I say different myspace things, I mean: templates, graphics, codes, generators, anything that has to do with myspace. The thing is that you can give all of this away for FREE! Yeah, you can give this stuff away for free and still walk away making hundreds of dollars a month. You’re probably saying, “Jacob, you’re a fool. How can I make money by doing something for free?” The answer, my friends, is simple.

LINKS! You give away a template for free, but on that template, there is a link that goes back to your site. So, if you make amazing templates, when someone sees how awesome they are, they will go to your site and then look at all your free templates. Now you’ve got people coming to your site. So, you plug a few adsense banners in there and the next thing you know, people are clicking like mad. I’ve found that people that are not sure what adsense is are the people that click the most. People from myspace are chances are, not webmasters like you and me. Therefore, they see something that is interesting and just click without knowing what it is. There you go, you’ve made money. But what you need to do is ensure that people are coming to your site.

Now, you are more than welcome to create custom templates for some money if you want to. But, if you are looking to profit from traffic to your site, then your best bet is to try and get as many templates out there so that more and more people are coming to your site. Myspace is a cash cow. There is no denying that there is a lot of money to be made on Myspace, and you don’t even have to own the site. Just by creating an account and getting friends, you can make money off of the site. Now, you are probably wondering how that is possible. I would be wondering the same thing if I was sitting here, with a brand new site in front of me, adsense on it, great ideas, but no traffic. The solution, my friends, is very simple. Let’s take for example the blog that I created [you can link back to that post if you want]. I built it about the brain. So, I would post neurological diseases, psychology, anatomy and things like that. Well, that’s great and all. But who is going to read it? Low and behold, there is a solution! Myspace. With so many people on that site, there is bound to be SOMEONE that wants to read it…And chances are, with any niche, there are numerous people that will read about it in interest. So, where do we begin?

Let’s create an account. Since I made a blog about the brain, I would put a picture of the brain and design the theme to be around the brain. I would tell who I am, but mention my site quite a bit in the description of who I was. Then, I would go in search of groups that are similar to mine. I would go onto those groups and start to recruit friends. Now, you can either get a program that automatically adds friends for you, or you can just do it by hand. When ever I do it, I do it by hand. I don’t want to get fake accounts or anything and we all know there are dozens and dozens of those. So, we are getting friends. You’ll soon realize that the more friends you get, the more people that start to friend request you. I had a site about a TV show and I requested friendship with a lot of people in those groups and I found myself getting more and more people requesting friendships with me.

Now you have friends…That’s great. Chances are, traffic increased a bit because people were curious and clicked on your links. Here’s where you start to target those people to really start coming to your site. Since I run a neurology blog, I would take one of my latest articles and take the first paragraph or two and post it into a bulletin. I would then put a link to my blog saying, “if you want to read more, click here.” You’d make the click here a link to your site. This would therefore allow for you to get more people to your blog that you successfully created. More people come to your blog and you might just see an increase in clicks on your Adsense. It’s not a 100% guarantee, but the key to making money with Adsense is to really get an increase in traffic. So, once you’ve got a site, create a myspace account about that niche and then start to make bulletins about it. You should then see an increase in traffic and money earned. Good luck!

The Power of the Wii

The Wii is one of the latest crazes in the video gaming world. With a limited amount being sold to people, it’s rarity increases all the time. But, who would have thought that you could make money by owning a Wii. Sure, you could make money by buying one and then selling it on e-bay, but where’s the fun in that? My roommate got a Wii last week the day that it was sold and as I was sitting here watching them play, I suddenly had the wildest idea. It was an idea so great, I could not help but want to share it with you all.

With the new controller, it makes it so much more exciting than other systems. Sure, the PS3 is another craze, but with the Wii, you almost become the character you’re playing as. So, as I was sitting here, it dawned on me…People PAY to go to a bowling alley and bowl. People PAY to go to the arcade and play games. So, why wouldn’t they PAY to play the Wii? Get enough games and you can charge money per game or per set interval of time.

Think of it this way…You have the Wii sports that has: golf, bowling, boxing, baseball and tennis. The first time I tried the game, I was addicted to it. Would I pay? Yeah, and that’s saying a lot because I am a pretty cheap person. So, why wouldn’t someone else pay? The bowling is pretty real. If you twist your wrist just a little, suddenly your ball curves and you get an amazing strike if it’s lined up perfectly. You could even do a boxing tournament and have some bets. Control the bets and give 50% to the winner and voila, you make some nice money. Obviously, gambling is not the best idea, but if it’s harmless things, I don’t see why it’s that bad. Besides, every buck to a college student is like a million dollars to a millionaire. It does mean a lot.

So, to sum it all up. If you can get a Wii, make the investment with your roommate and then start selling game time. Sure, it’s going to take time, but the next thing you know, you’re making forty to fifty dollars every day and by the end of the week, you have pretty much made a return. I just have to persuade my rommate to let me use his Wii and I could see a nice return in this as well. College students spend so much on alcohol, I’m sure they’d spend a nice chunk of cash on the Wii. Good luck!
